Personality and preservice teacher success

Teacher education programs are required by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation to identify and assess dispositions of preservice teachers throughout the duration of their academic training. Teacher dispositions have been understood to consist of various facets such as beliefs, values, habits, attitudes, and ethics.
