Clima organizacional é definido como percepções compartilhadas pelos funcionários de uma empresa sobre aspectos do contexto organizacional e do trabalho, e pode influenciar a intenção de rotatividade deles, ou seja, a ideação em rescindir o contrato empregatício vigente. O objetivo geral deste estudo foi verificar as relações entre o clima organizacional e a intenção de rotatividade em colaboradores de uma empresa farmacêutica brasileira. O trabalho está dividido em três estudos.
