This Bachelor thesis aims to examine the opinions of the Swedish parliament parties regarding state Government and local Government of the Swedish school system and how the change in opinion over time appears. The study is an argumentation analysis and includes a comparison of motions and documents from the parliament parties at two different time periods, 1990 and 2007–2020.
