Self-injurious behaviors in adolescents, theoretical keys to their understanding : a study of the state of the art

RESUMEN: Con esta investigación cualitativa, de diseño hermenéutico se logra la elaboración del estado del estado sobre las autolesiones en adolescentes, con la cual se pretende conocer los avances en materia de investigaciones sobre este fenómeno en dicha población, a través de la revisión de la producción investigativa publicada en revistas indexadas en los últimos seis años (2014-2020). Para esto se realizó la revisión de 50 artículos, los cuales fueron analizados e interpretados mediante una base de datos elaborada previamente, lográndose establecer 13 categorías de análisis en las que se consignan las principales consideraciones de las autolesiones, desde su concepción, prevalecía, factores de riesgo y mantenimiento, propósitos, motivaciones que subyacen al acto, presentación online, psicopatologías asociadas, su presentación en el contexto familiar instrumentos, tratamientos, dificultades en su rastreo, hasta modelos explicativos, teniéndose una amplia gama de información que permite la unificación del conocimiento construido de las autolesiones hasta el momento.ABSTRACT: With this qualitative research, of hermeneutic design, the elaboration of the state of the state on self-harm in adolescents is achieved, with which it is intended to know the advances in research on this phenomenon in said population, through the review of investigative production published in indexed magazines in the last six years (2014/2020).
