Intraabdominal hypertension and Abdominal compartment syndrome are causes of morbidity and mortality in critical care patients. Timely diagnosis and treatment may improve organ functions. Intra- abdominal pressure monitoring is vital during evaluation of the patients and in the management algorithms.
