Objectives: 1) To evaluate critical thinking of ICU nurses during day shift. 2) To assess critical thinking of ICU nurses during night shift. 3) To compare ICU nurses’ critical thinking during day and night shifts. Methodology: this research was conducted in February of 2020 in multiple ICUs at Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. A quantitative study was performed using a written questionnaire. 150 questionnaires (compiled by F. Zuriguel-Perez, et al) were given out, 124 came back filled in correctly.
