Aim of the study is to review scientific articles, regarding non-alcoholic fatty liver disease relation to metabolic syndrome: obesity, hypertension, diabetes. Goals of the study: 1) to analyze impact of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease on metabolic syndrome, and metabolic syndrome on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; 2) to evaluate relationship between the degree or histological type of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and metabolic syndrome. Systemic literature review was done.
