The aim of the master's thesis is to identify challenges faced by nurses while working in the Emergency Department Trauma Team of Hospital X Third Level Trauma’s Center. The type of study is a mixed study with a predominant qualitative part of research. For the qualitative part of the research, the method of semi-structured interview survey was applied, for the quantitative part - the measurable monitoring of patient flows. Participants in the qualitative part of the study: during the interview, 10 nurses working in the Trauma team of the Emergency Department of the Third Level Injury Center of Hospital X were interviewed.
