Evaluation of dental care services provided by Clinic for Preventive and Paediatric Dentistry, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences

The Clinic for Preventive and Paediatric Dentistry in Lithuanian University of Health Sciences provides specialized dental services to children from all over Lithuania. The quality of dental services is characterized by the professionalism of the provided medical services and the level of customer (patient) service. In order for the services provided in the institution to meet the expectations of patients, and for the medical care provided to meet the criteria of professionalism and specialized health care, it is important to constantly analyze the activities performed. The aim of this work is to evaluate the quality of dental services provided by the Clinic for Preventive and Paediatric Dentistry in Lithuanian University of Health Sciences from the point of view of the patient's parents (guardians)
