Processo Judicial Eletrônico - Análise empírica e crítica de sua aplicação nos Juizados Especiais Federais

The Brazilian Judiciary confronts diverse problems, mainly related to the collection so that there is agility to court decisions and reducing bureaucracy. This issue is even more evident when considering the special courts, that were created in order to enable causes with a lesser degree of complexity and lower economic value obtain jurisdictional protection more quickly. In this context, with the various technological innovations, arises the possibility of adopting the Eletronic Judicial Process as a substitution to the physical process, for the purpose of making the judicial provision swifter. In this way, emerges the need to ascertain the efficiency of the PJE compared to the physical process. The present work will seek to analyze the implementation of the PJE in a Special Federal Court, in this case the 4th Federal Court of Justice of the subsection of Uberlândia. The data collected in the present study will be analyzed, through the productivity reports of the years 2016, 2017 and 2018, with emphasis on the entry numbers of processes, as well as sentences prolatated during the previous and current period to the implementation of the PJE. Finally, the compatibility between the PJE and the JEFs was theoretically proven, however, in the phase plane the analysis of the data was unfavorable to the observation listed.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)O Poder Judiciário brasileiro enfrenta diversos problemas, principalmente relacionados à cobrança para que haja celeridade e desburocratização na prestação jurisdicional. Essa questão é ainda mais evidente quando se considera os Juizados Especiais, que foram criados no intuito de possibilitar que causas com menor grau de complexidade e de menor valor econômico obtenham tutela jurisdicional de maneira mais célere. Nesse contexto, com as variadas inovações tecnológicas, surge a possibilidade de adotar o Processo Judicial Eletrônico (PJE) em substituição ao processo físico, com a finalidade de tornar a prestação jurisdicional mais célere. Desta forma, emerge a necessidade de se averiguar a eficiência do PJE em comparação com o processo físico. O presente trabalho buscará analisar a implantação do PJE em um Juizado Especial Federal, nesse caso a 4ª Vara da Justiça Federal da Subseção de Uberlândia. Serão analisados os dados coletados na vara objeto de estudo do presente trabalho, através dos relatórios de produtividade dos anos de 2016, 2017 e 2018, com ênfase nos números de entrada de processos, bem como de sentenças prolatadas durante o período anterior e corrente à implantação do PJE. Por fim, restou comprovada teoricamente a compatibilidade entre o PJE e os JEFs, todavia, no plano fático a análise dos dados foi desfavorável à observação elencada
