Breast milk is considered the ideal food for the baby because it acts on the child´s immune system avoiding allergies, infections, diarrhea and respiratory diseases among others. Therefore, it is extremely important breastfeeding the baby until six months old, and complementary food up to two years old. In addition, it is of utmost importance to decrease the nutritional aspects that refer to the pregnant woman with the quality of milk during breastfeeding and postpartum period.
