This dissertation wore developed in the Graduate Program in Education of the Federal University of Uberlândia, research Line State, Policies and Management of Education. The object of the study was the Policies of Continuing Education of Teachers Educational Service Specialist (ESS), in Quirinópolis-Go from 2017 to 2019.
