The runoff in urban areas is related with high uncertainty due to small spatial soil variability’s (soil properties), temporal variability’s (variations in rainfall intensity) and topographical variability’s. The paper focuses on different topography used in runoff generation. The obtained results present runoff generation in the case study area using different digital terrain models. The results show significantly different flood depth with respect to used digital elevation models that include buildings and transportation network and the models that do not include buildings.
