PENGARUH MODAL, LOKASI DAN JAM KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG KIOS PASAR PELITA KOTA SUKABUMI (Studi Kasus Pada Pasar Pelita Sukabumi)

This study aims to find out: 1) capital used by traders to trade, 2) the location of kiosk traders in the Pelita Market in Sukabumi City. 3) working hours of kiosk traders in Pelita Market, Sukabumi City. 4) income of kiosk traders in Pelita Market, Sukabumi City. 5) To find out whether the capital, location, and working hours factors can affect the income of traders in the Pelita Traditional Market in Sukabumi City. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The population in this study is all kiosk traders in Pasar Pelita, Sukabumi City, which is currently a shelter market. The sample used was 14 traders. Interview techniques using observation and interviews. The results showed: (1) the capital used was around 64.28% of the capital of the kiosk traders from private sources, the capital used was around 28.57%, Rp. 10,000,000 and the second was Rp. 40,000,000, around 21.42%, 5,000,000. . and the remaining 7.14% for Rp. 5,000,000, Rp. 50,000,000, Rp. 45,000,000, Rp. 36,000,000, Rp. 80,000,000, Rp. 300,000,000, which are used by traders to run their businesses. (2) the location of kiosk traders in the Pelita market in Sukabumi City is 50% strategic location, 14.28% states the location is quite strategic and 35.71% states that the location is less strategic. (3) the working hours of kiosk traders in the Pelita market in Sukabumi City are categorized as high, including the diligent group, which is 40 hours / week, some of which start at 07.00-17.00, around 35.71%, even though there are traders who start work at 03.00-12.00 at 7.14% and there are also those who start working hours between 05.00-18.00 at 14.28%, so kiosk traders can maximize the income earned even with irregular working hours.4) The income of kiosk traders in the market of Pelita, Sukabumi, namely 21.42% of the income of the kiosk traders in the market of Pelita, Sukabumi, which is Rp 100,000 and the rest of the merchant's income varies from Rp 50,000 - Rp 16,000,000. 5) capital, location, and 100% working hours can affect the income of traders based on interviews and questionnaires processed so that capital, location, and working hours can affect the income earned by Kiosk traders in the Pelita Traditional Market in Sukabumi City
