This article focuses on the Episcopal church throughout the U.S. and the ritual of the Eucharist or communion during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alternatives, such as drive-thrus, sending the Eucharist through the mail, and virtual consecration are discussed, in addition to health and theological concerns over the alternatives.
