Background: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) of plasma ctDNA is a promising non-invasive method to detect somatic genomic alterations (GAs). We investigated whether serial ctDNA measurements can predict disease progression and map the molecular evolution of advanced UC (aUC) through successive treatments.
