Abstract. This Master’s Thesis examines students’ and lecturers’ attitudes and experiences in English-medium instruction (EMI) in a Finnish university of applied sciences in the field of Information Systems (IS) education. Data were collected between November 2016 and November 2018 during the period of time when instruction in an international English-medium degree program was closing down and English-medium instruction for the second-year students in a Finnish-medium degree program had just begun. The data were gathered from multiple sources.
