A Trip to Wonderland is a 90 minute play based on the Lewis Carol novel, the Adventures of Alice in Wonderland. Alice Liddell is presumed to be real in this story, and suffers from Lewis Carol syndrome, which symptoms include a headache so severe that it distorts vision. Alice combines her migraines with her overactive imagination, thus being able to 'see' Wonderland even when she's not asleep. After the death of her father, Alice insisted on staying in her Wonderland to cope with the loss. When her mother died, her attempts at staying in Wonderland doubled in effort.
