Renal agenesis has been reported in the literature in a wide variety of chromosomal abnormalities. Trisomy 22 is frequently seen in first trimester miscarriages but is extremely rare in life-borns. The authors report on a second trimester female foetus with oligohydramnios sequence secondary to bilateral renal agenesis and trisomy 22 and review the literature.status: publishe
