This paper examines multipole representation of the cross section and its further Doppler broadening at the resolved resonance region. At the first step, a conversion is performed from nuclear data file resonance parameters to multipoles, which are corresponding poles and residues. The application of multipole representation allows generating the cross section at the target temperature, without pre-generation of 0K cross section libraries. In order to reduce the computational time for cross section generation, window energy concept was implemented and tested.
