Since Haldane predicted that the ground state of one-dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnet has a finite spin gap for integer spins, while gapless excitations for half-odd integer spins, lots of theoretical and experimental studies have been inspired on low-dimensional quantum magnets. Several quasi-one-dimensional S = 1 systems have been discovered and studied, such as AgVP2S6, Y2BaNiO5, PbNi2V2O8, SrNi2V2O8, and CsNiCl3. In this talk, we introduce a new compound of quasi-one-dimensional S = 1 chain with single crystalline specimen. Magnetic and thermal properties have been investigated down to 1.9 Kelvin and up to 14 Tesla.
