We present our recent progress in developing nonlinear metasurfaces for Second- and Third-harmonic generation based on coupling of intersubband transitions in multiple-quantum-well structure with electromagnetic modes in plasmonic resonators. The nonlinear metasurfaces are designed to achieve broadband giant second-order nonlinear response and third-order nonlinear response in mid infrared range
