Targeted delivery systems using various type of nanoparticles can maximize synergistic effect and enhance their delivery efficacy. Especially bio-interface hybrid complexes between biomaterials and nanoparticle have been reported as a powerful platform for the delivery platform by overcoming the biological environment such as protein corona. And targeted delivery platform based on nanoscale metal-organic framework (NMOF) to make a novel delivery systems has made tremendous progress with significant attention of many scientific fields. Their magnificent porosity with tailorable compositions and easier surface chemistry make them one of the most promising drug carrier.
