Objective: The things that can be the cause of the disruption of employee comfort is a state of work stress that is influenced by the workload owned by the employee. Therefore this study was conducted with the aim to determine the relationship of workload with work stress on employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Binjai City. Method: The research design used is Cross Sectional with quantitative research types. The population in this study were 77 respondents with a sample taken of 44 respondents with a proporsionate stratified random sampling technique and using the Taro Yamane formula.
