Modelo estratégico integral para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) de la Secretaría Distrital de Integración Social de Bogotá

En el presente trabajo, se llevará a cabo el análisis estructural del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la Secretaría Distrital de Integración Social, abordando la línea de investigación de la Gestión de Organizaciones dispuesta por la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia, para su oferta del Diplomado en Gerencia del Talento Humano, en donde se iniciará con el planteamiento del problema identificado en la SDIS, antecedentes y justificación de la problemática encontrada en la entidad pública con respecto a los lineamiento legales y jurisdiccionales a que hay lugar, así como la revisión histórica y contextualizada de la evolución en materia de salud ocupacional en Colombia y su aplicación en la SDIS, describiendo las diferentes transiciones por las cuales ha pasado la misma, el estado actual en que se encuentra el sistema para la empresa en mención y las acciones correctivas, preventivas y de mejora propuestas para la mejora continua para la puesta en marcha de dicho sistema.In the present work, the structural analysis of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the District Department of Social Integration will be carried out, addressing the line of research of the Organization Management arranged by the National Open and Distance University, for his offer of the Diploma in Management of Human Talent, where he will start with the approach of the problem identified in the SDIS, background and justification of the problems found in the public entity with respect to the legal and jurisdictional guidelines to which there is a place, as the historical and contextualized review of the evolution in occupational health in Colombia and its application in the SDIS, describing the different transitions through which it has passed, the current state of the system for the the mentioned company and the corrective, preventive and improvement actions proposed for the continuous improvement for the start-up of said system
