The effect of vinasse application on the structure of bacterial communities in a Entic Dystropept and a Fluventic haplustoll Cauca Valley, Colombia was evaluated. to meet the requirements of K+ crop of sweet corn (Zea mays L.). Experimental design was completely randomized with four treatments and five replications: T1 (100% requirement of K + KCl), T2 (100% requirement of K + with vinasse ), T3 (50% requirement of K + KCl + 50% with vinasse) and T4 (25% requirement of K + KCl + 75% with vinasse). The relationship between microbial community structure and application of vinasse by PCR-DGGE method 16S rRNA gene amplicons was established. The T1 and T2.
