Land dispossession in the context of irregular warfare : the case of FARC-EP between 1992 and 2015

En Colombia, el estudio del despojo de tierras se ha centrado en el paramilitarismo por ello ha dejado de lado otro tipo de perpetradores en el marco de la guerra irregular como las FARC-EP. Desde los enfoques jurídico-legal y el sociológico, se analizó el despojo de tierras para comprenderlo en su totalidad. Esto permitió contrastar las tipologías y motivaciones del mismo, dando una visión objetiva que reconoce que la guerrilla también utilizó el despojo de tierras como uno de sus repertorios de violencia en varias zonas del país. Mediante la revisión de grandes volúmenes de información de fuentes judiciales y extrajudiciales, se pudo establecer que el despojo de tierras de las FARC-EP fue diferente dependiendo del contexto espacial y temporal en el que se llevó a cabo. En este sentido, a través de un enfoque mixto se describe cuáles fueron los principales Bloques y Frentes de la extinta guerrilla que lo perpetraron.In Colombia, the study of land dispossession has focused on paramilitarism groups, which is why it has left aside other types of perpetrators in the framework of irregular warfare, such as the FARC-EP. To understand land dispossession as a large-scale phenomenon it was analyzed from a legal and a sociological perspective. This allowed contrasting their typologies and motivations, giving an objective vision that recognizes that the guerrillas also used land dispossession as one of their repertoires of violence in various areas of the country. After reviewing large volumes of information from judicial and extrajudicial sources, it was established that the FARC-EP land dispossession was different depending on the spatial and temporal context.
