Cel pracy: Celem pracy była ocena wpływu wybranych parametrów, takich jak wielkość dawki leku przeciwdepresyjnego, długość odstępu QTc, wiek, płeć i fakt przyjmowania innych leków na wystąpienie arytmii typu Torsade de pointes (TdP) oraz ocena możliwości wykorzystania modelowania matematyczno-statystycznego w celu przewidzenia ryzyka wystąpienia TdP. Oceniono też wpływ dawki poszczególnych leków przeciwdepresyjnych na wydłużenie odstępu QTc.Metodyka: Przygotowano bazę danych zawierającą informacje dostępne w publikacjach naukowych odnalezionych w bazie PubMed. Do oceny wpływu dawki leków przeciwdepresyjnych na wydłużenie odstępu QTc zastosowano analizę regresji liniowej. W celu oceny wpływu pozostałych czynników na ryzyko wystąpienia Torsad...
