Occupational burnout in nurses work on the example of the health care system in Poland.

Praca skupia się na problematyce wypalenia zawodowego dotyczącej pielęgniarek. Przedstawia charakterystykę wypalenia, a tym samym wpływ jak ma na ludzki organizm i psychikę. W odniesieniu do analizowanego sektora, ukazuje współczesne problemy systemu opieki zdrowotnej w Polsce, osób zarządzających szpitalami oraz negatywne nastawienie społeczne do tego typu placówek- dopatrując się w nich praprzyczyn jego występowania. Za pośrednictwem wyników z przeprowadzonej ankiety pokazuje, iż wiedza pielęgniarek na temat wypalenia zawodowego jest niekompletna, a kierownictwo szpitala nie podejmuje w tym kierunku żadnych kroków. Wskazuje również możliwe do podjęcia działania naprawcze.Research work is focused on issues of burnout which concern nurses. It presents burnout characteristics, thereby its impact on the human body and psyche. With reference to the analyzed sector, showed the contemporary problems of the health care system in Poland, managers of hospitals and the negative public attitude to this type of medical facility- discerned in them the root cause of its occurrence. Based on the results of the survey shows, that nurses knowledge about burnout is incomplete, the hospital management does not take in that direction any steps. It also indicates possible to take corrective action
