Niniejsza praca jest zbiorem informacji na temat aktualnie dostępnych metod przewidywania struktury drugorzędowej RNA. Każda z metod została przedstawiona w formie krótkiego opisu oraz grafik ilustrujących ich interfejs. W celu ułatwienia wyboru odpowiedniej metody do posiadanych danych, wszystkie narzędzia zostały porównane w tabeli zbiorczej.The following paper is a set of information about the currently available methods for RNA secondary structure prediction. Each of these methods was presented in the form of a short description and images illustrating their interface. In order to facilitate the selection of a suitable method for their data, all the tools were compared in the summary table
