The aim of this M.A. thesis is to present the depiction of the relations between Jews and Arabs in the United States, throughout the last few decades of the twentieth and in the beginning of the twenty-first century. Furthermore, its objective is to analyze and demonstrate that peace and coexistence of these two communities is possible, not only in America.The first chapter of this thesis, Who they are, focuses on the roots of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, it is also trying to explain one of the most misunderstood concepts which says that the Jews are the chosen people and they are claim to be superior to other religions and nations.The second chapter of this M.A. thesis, Becoming American, focuses on religion, identity and institution ...
