Transformations and the perception of scouting in the last decade.

The purpose of this study will look at the organization and its members , to characterize the activities of this group over the years , discussion of the principles of operation , rethinking of the ZHP in Poland today .In Chapter I, the Boy Scouts will be history , its development , history and characteristics . The next chapter will be devoted to educational tasks PNA , will discuss ways to work with youth. Chapter III is part of the methodical . Will be defined here aims and problems of research, hypothesis testing will be placed , approximate methods, techniques and research tools , and conduct of the study . In Chapter IV we will analyze the results of their own research , and Chapter V formulate conclusions of these studies . The last part will bring final remarks , which bring the perception of the PNA in today's Poland .Subject of this work is very close to me , since membership in the PNA is written in the tradition of my family and the people closest to me . For years fascinates me to work with young people , to take joint action to influence the development of positive social attitudes and patriotic . So I decided to look at the organization and try to answer some questions bothering me . I moved a lot of interesting conversations with people who are members of the Boy Scouts and learned from them many interesting things about the current situation of the organization. Among my interviewees selected a group who agreed to fill out a survey for research purposes. The leitmotif of both interviews and surveys is the phenomenon of declining interest in membership ZHP . And it is an organization that has a very rich tradition in our country, its members were always there , where there were some problems , led to many exciting nationwide campaign to help the needy. Many young people are fascinated by the attitude of even the heroes " Stones on the Rampart " Alexander Kaminski and even if before reading this reading did not know anything about scouting , after hearing the heroic deeds of the battalion " Sophy " and " Umbrella " has gained respect for this type of activity . But it should be added that if , during the war and in times of war it was scouting other . Values ​​that proclaimed , were adequate to the times. It is true that these values ​​are timeless , but some of them have become today's young Pole somewhat archaic . Maybe it worth to think about the changes ?Main hypothesis :Persons affiliated to the ZHP see the need for changes in the activities of the Union due to the outdated values ​​conveyed by the Association .This statement is most true. All the respondents unequivocally confirmed that ZHP needs to change due to the fact that the transmitted values ​​for many years simply obsolete . Modern times in which dominates the development of technology , various kinds of media , the rapid development of civilization, require a change in the system of education of the younggeneration. In this context, the values ​​stored in the early twentieth century become simply archaic . Additionally posed were also auxiliary hypotheses .The aim of this study was to look at harcerstwu in Poland and attempt to reflect on why in contemporary Poland is decreasing interest in belonging to a ZHP . At the beginning was a bit approximate history of the organization and its ideological ties with the British scouting .Since the nineteenth century there was a trend in Western Europe to create an organization that would attend to work with young people derived from lower social groups. It was mainly educational activities through joint activities and the process of self-improvement and self-education under the watchful care of adults. This trend is checked and also moved to the Polish at the beginning of the twentieth century. The development of such organizations encourage changes in the general framework of education in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. Polish scouts went on a very fertile ground given the difficult social and political situation . Therefore, the young scouts had a chance to check out during the war , later in the period to build a free state after independence , then again during World War II and again in the postwar years . Today also appear wherever they are needed.In the second part has been discussed a model of education that dominates the scouting almost since the inception of the organization. This model for many years has not changed , and today no longer raises young people such emotions .The third part is devoted to research on the contemporary scouting and try to answer the question of why declining interest of young people belonging to the scouts . The next part is the analysis of a survey of members of the ZH
