Celem pracy jest przedstawienie problemów zdrowotnych chorej z młodzieńczym idiopatycznym zapaleniem stawów oraz towarzyszącym włóknieniem płuc. Praca oparta jest na analizie przypadku chorobowego 20 - letniej kobiety, która zachorowała w 15-tym roku życia.Pierwsza część pracy zawiera charakterystykę jednostek chorobowych opartych na przeglądzie dostępnej literatury. W dalszej części przedstawione są problemy zdrowotne, pielęgnacyjne oraz społeczne pacjentów z wyżej wymienioną chorobą.W końcowej części pracy przedstawiłam problemy zdrowotne chorej, które pojawiły się podczas pobytu na oddziale reumatologii oraz zwróciłam uwagę na edukacje zdrowotną.Podsumowanie opracowania zawiera najważniejsze aspekty edukacji zdrowotnej pacjentki.The purpose of present thesis is present health problems a patient with juvenile idiopathic arthritis and associated pulmonary fibrosis.
