In work are summarized portrayals of Queen Hatshepsut included in her mortuary temple at Deir el-Bahari. Content of work discusses transformations of this building, which were made during the reign of Hatshepsut. Individual chapters contain descriptions of architectural and decorative changes. All transformations were supposed to help the queen in the confirmation of hers status. The work was split into portrayals in order to support hers worship by surrounding her care by the gods (Amun-Re, Osiris, Hathor, Anubis, Re-Horakhty) and decorations, which emphasisez her position by placing in them members of her family (Tuthmosis I, Tuthmosis III, Neferure, Ahmes).
