A bargaining problem and its solutions are considered in an axiomatic model. We start with a description and formal definition of the problem. With every bargaining problem, we associate a pair (S, d), where S is feasible set of players utility and d is a disagreement point.The rest of the paper is divided in two parts depending on the assumptions on the pair (S, d).In the first part (Chapter 2), we assume that the set S is convex.
