The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to portrait Czechoslovak society during so called “normalization” - the name given to the period from 1968 to 1989. Small, but very important part of this group were “dissidents” - citizens who criticized the practices and the authority of the Communist Party. Those two groups and the historical background are described in the first chapter of this work.
