Manners of visions of director's at school management

'This work relates to a process view of the role of managing director in the modern school. Aim of this study is to characterize the person the school, its functions and responsibilities. The work consists of six chapters, three theoretical and three research projects. In the theoretical part has been described development of management science, the concept of public management and marketing management school. The theoretical part describes the role played by the director of it in the modern school, and what action to take to manage it efficiently.In part based on research studies conducted by questionnaire, were presented the results on how to view the role of director of the school-whether he feels more an educator or a manager, a facility run by itself.Praca dotyczy sposobu widzenia roli dyrektora w zarządzaniu współczesną szkołą. Celem pracy jest charakterystyka osoby dyrektora szkoły, jego funkcji, a także zakresu obowiązków. Praca składa się z sześciu rozdziałów- trzech teoretycznych i trzech badawczych. W części teoretycznej opisany został rozwój nauki o zarządzaniu, pojęcie zarządzania publicznego oraz marketingowe zarządzanie szkołą. Część teoretyczna opisuje także rolę dyrektora jaką pełni on we współczesnej szkole, oraz jakie działania podejmuje aby sprawnie nią zarządzać.W części badawczej na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań za pomocą kwestionariusza ankiety, zostały przedstawione wyniki dotyczące sposobu widzenia roli dyrektora w szkole- czy czuje się on bardziej wychowawcą czy menadżerem, w kierowanej przez siebie placówce
