Propensity for aggressive behavior and preferences of reception in the mass media and multimedia.

This thesis concern propensity for aggressive behavior of youth attending schools and certain programs in the mass media and multimedia. The study is divided into three parts: the theoretical, which is focused on review of professional literature, the methodological, which is consist of assumption of conducted research and the empirical, including the results and analysis of collected research material.The first part is consisted of two chapters, one for understanding the terminology of aggression and violence, the sources of aggression and prevention of aggressive behavior. The second one concerns the role of mass media and media in human life. The third chapter contains a presentation of my own research methodology: the aim, object and scope of research problems and hypotheses, methods, techniques and tools, characteristics of survey trial, area, organization and course of study. In the empirical part, which is contained in the fourth and fifth chapter, I present the results of research and my own qualitative and quantitative analysis. Their subject was to show the connection with the specified preference of programs in mass media and the multimedia and the tendency to aggressive behavior of youth. In the sixth chapter are presented, the synthesis of conducted studies and attempt to formulate the pedagogical demands.Niniejsza praca dotyczy skłonności do zachowań agresywnych młodzieży szkolnej a określonymi preferencjami programów w mass mediach i multimediach. Została ona podzielona na trzy podstawowe części: teoretyczną, zakresem swym obejmuje przegląd literatury przedmiotu, metodologiczną, na którą składają się założenia prowadzonych badań oraz empiryczną, zawierającą wyniki badań oraz analizę zebranego materiału badawczego. Część pierwsza składa się z dwóch rozdziałów, pierwszy dotyczący ustaleń terminologicznych agresji i przemocy, źródeł agresji oraz profilaktykę zachowań agresywnych. Drugi rozdział dotyczy roli mass mediów i multimediów w życiu człowieka. Rozdział trzeci zawiera prezentację metodologii badań własnych: cel, przedmiot oraz zakres badań; problemy i hipotezy badawcze; metody, techniki i narzędzia badawcze; charakterystykę próby badawczej, terenu, organizacji i przebiegu badań. W części empirycznej, na którą składają się czwarty i piąty rozdział, zaprezentowano otrzymane wyniki badań własnych oraz dokonano ich jakościowej i ilościowej analizy. Ich przedmiotem było ukazanie związku z określonymi preferencjami programów w mass mediach i multimediach a skłonnościami do zachowań agresywnych badanej młodzieży . W szóstym rozdziale dokonano syntezy przeprowadzonych badań oraz podjęto próbę sformułowania postulatów pedagogicznych
