The situation of women in sport through the eyes of young people. For example, students ' own research from AWF and UJ.

This work introduces the topic of sport, its a very broad concept. There are many publications that give insight into this area of life, explaining the issues of terminology to describe the history of sport and sports competitions. However, concretize the topic to sport for women and their participation in it, literature becomes reduced, and the study strongly timed out.Motivation to write a work about the history of sports for women are my personal experience, as women from the credits of Poland several years in tennis, and current and former player in this sports discipline. The multiplicity of situations and comments in my 18-year career, cause that I find , we can not go either way against discrimination against women in sport and of course their bad treatment.To show the underlying image and the situation of women in sport, served me for this combination of two models of the sociology of sport, historical and empirical. Showing the history of women from the oldest times to the studies of their own amongst young people, you can compare and verify the accuracy of the theses, which reads: "women's Sport is growing rapidly despite the still existing barriers for women."The whole work is of a historical comparison. In chapter I outlined the history of sport, has been paying attention to the participation of women in the Olympics, which ends in the current era. Chapter II is the successor to the historical narrow arenas of sports in Poland, a breast strap approached family life, the media and work as a treiners. Chapter III and IV of this part of the methodological, which were presented details of executed tests in 2011 and the analysis of results. In addition, in the last chapter is outlined proposals and demands which may benefit from sports authorities who sit in executive boards, in order to give greater opportunities and possibilities for sportswomen.Purpose of work which it has been proposed at the beginning it was realized. It was outlined the situation of women in sport, with specific reference to sport in Poland which came to face sportswomen. Despite the huge amounts of information that does not conflict with each other once, with obvious positive and negative arguments determining the situation of women in sport, with great care, I can say that this assumption was confirmed . Sport varies in positive direction.Niniejsza praca stanowi wprowadzenie do tematu sportu, w jego bardzo szerokim pojęciu. Jest wiele publikacji, które dają wgląd w tę dziedzinę życia, wyjaśniające zagadnienia terminologii sportu i opisujące historię rywalizacji sportowych. Jednak konkretyzując dany temat i zawężając go do sportu kobiet i ich uczestnictwa w nim, literatura staje się uboższa, a badania mocno przedawnione.Motywacją do napisania pracy o tematyce sportu kobiet są moje osobiste doświadczenia, jako wieloletniej zawodniczki z czołówki Polski w tenisie ziemnym oraz obecnej trenerki w tej dyscyplinie sportowej. Wielość sytuacji i komentarzy w mojej 18-letniej karierze sprawiła, iż uznałam, iż nie sposób przejść obojętnie wobec dyskryminacji kobiet w sporcie i gorszego ich traktowania.Aby ukazać wizerunek i sytuację kobiet w sporcie, posłużyło mi do tego połączenie dwóch modeli z socjologii sportu, historycznego i empirycznego. Ukazując historię kobiet od najdawniejszych czasów, skończywszy na badaniach własnych wśród młodych ludzi, można było dokonać porównania i zweryfikować prawdziwość tezy, która brzmi: „Sport kobiet rozwija się bardzo dynamicznie, mimo wciąż istniejących barier stawianym kobietom.”Całość pracy ma charakter historyczno-porównawczy. W I rozdziale nakreślona została historia sportu, z poświęceniem uwagi na uczestnictwo kobiet w Igrzyskach Olimpijskich, która kończy się na czasach obecnych. Rozdział II jest kontynuacją historyczną zawężoną do areny sportu kobiecego w Polsce, podnoszącą problematykę życia rodzinnego, mediów i pracy trenerek. Rozdział III i IV to część metodologiczna, w których zostały przedstawione szczegóły zrealizowanych badań w 2011 roku i analiza wyników. Dodatkowo, w ostatnim rozdziale zostaje zarysowana propozycja zmian i postulatów, z których mogą skorzystać władze zasiadające z zarządach sportowych po to, aby dać większe szanse i możliwości sportsmenkom. Cel pracy jaki postawiono na początku został zrealizowany. Zarysowana została sytuacja kobiet w sporcie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem sportu w Polsce z jaką przyszło zmierzyć się sportsmenkom. Mimo ogromu informacji, które nie raz są sprzeczne ze sobą, rzucające pozytywne i negatywne argumenty określające sytuację kobiet w sporcie, z wielką ostrożnością mogę stwierdzić, iż postawiona teza została potwierdzona. Sport zmienia się w kierunku pozytywnym
