The aim of this paper is to presentation a molecular metod, that can be used for identyfication of human presence in the study area and phases of anthropogenic impact on environment in the past, especially on vegetation distinguished in pollen diagrams. We focused our work on area of the lake Łańskie. The study was conducted on bacteria aDNA of Bacteroides-Prevotella group and Bifidobacterium adolescentis.
