Considerable part of mushrooms of class Basidiomycota (Basidia) is edible. Species such as: Armillaria mellea (Honey Mushroom), Boletus badius (Bay Bolete), Boletus edulis (Porcini Mushroom), Cantharellus cibarius (Chantarelle), Lactarius deliciosus (Red Pine Mushroom) and Pleurotus ostreatus (Oyster Mushroom) are tasty and valued. According to fact, that mentioned mushrooms are willfully consume, it seems to be important to analyze chemical compounds in their fruiting bodies.
