Yin Yang 1 protein (YY1) is a multifunctional transcription factor with ability to initiate, activate and repress transcription. The YY1 contains four C2H2-type zinc-finger motifs in C-terminus domain. N-terminus domain exhibits properties of an intrinsically disordered region. In this thesis, the effect of the addition exogenous factors on conformation of the full length protein and its N-terminal domain was analyzed.
