System of labour time

The subject matter of the thesis was the analysis of the regulations connected with the systems of labour time regulated in the labour code. The knowledge of these terms is essential for both the employee and employer.The thesis consists of three chapters.In the first chapter the notion of labour time with regard to the labour code’s regulations was described. The legal acts which regulate this subject and the basic functions which labour time plays in society were presented.In the second chapter the basic terms connected with labour time and the systems of labour time were presented.The last chapter concerns the systems of labour time, it describes each system and the conditions of its usage.Przedmiotem pracy była analiza przepisów dotyczących systemów czasu pracy uregulowanych w kodeksie pracy. Znajomość tych zagadnień jest niezbędna dla każdego pracownika jak i pracodawcy. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów.W pierwszym rozdziale opisane zostało pojęcie czasu pracy w świetle przepisów kodeksu pracy. Przedstawiono akty prawne, które regulują tę tematykę oraz podstawowe funkcje jakie pełni czas pracy w społeczeństwie.W drugim rozdziale przedstawione zostały podstawowe pojęcia zwiane z czasem pracy i systemami czasu pracy.Ostatni rozdział dotyczy systemów czasu pracy, opisuje każdy system i przesłanki jego stosowania
