L‑alfa‑aminoacids: Arg, Phe, Gly, Hyp, Asp, Glu, Leu and Val, forming particular aminoacids sequences in ECM proteins were chosen according their importance for the cultures of living cells such as osteoclasts. Seventeen structures of the L‑alpha‑aminoacids (some known in several polymorphic forms) were found in CSD'2010 and analysed from the viewpoint of the possible hydrogen bond systems following the graph set theory. The energy of intermolecular interactions in these structures were calculated using the structural data and OPIX program package developed by Gavezzotti.
