Spinal anesthesia is a first choice of anesthesia for Caesarian Section . It is so called “gold standard” in obstetric anesthesia. This type of anesthesia allows laboring women to be emotionally involved during delivery and is much safer for mother and child than general anesthesia . Spinal anesthesia may lead to some, rare complications; like total spinal anesthesia.The most often late complication are post dural puncture headaches (PDPH) . The frequency of hypotension, bradycardia , backache and specifically PDPH after spinal anesthesia for c. section are main goal of this paper.
