The 2010 Affordable Care Act (ACA) introduced an era of changing healthcare delivery and utilization, which is still evolving and changing to this day. Healthcare providers and healthcare systems need to identify strategies to provide better care to patients, that results in better patient outcomes, in a cost effective way.
