Purpose: Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is an increasing cause of liver transplantation (LT) worldwide, especially in Europe and North America. In this study, we aimed to investigate the changing pattern of etiologic causes of LT in our center for the past 15 years. Materials and methods: A cohort of 967 consecutive adult patients with history of LT between 2004 and 2018 in our center was reviewed regarding etiologies for LT. All patients who had a transplant during this time frame were divided into 3 time periods as follows: 2004 to 2009, 2010 to 2013, and 2014 to 2018.
