To understand the cellular mechanisms of malignant transformation induced by constitutive activation of the ras oncogene (Ha-ras), we used asubtractive hybridization method (VGIDTM) togetherwith an integrative analytical procedure based uponliterature databases in the form of extensive interaction graphs.
