International audienceThe kinesiophobia was identified in painful pathologies such as the low back pain. The fear-avoidance model brought a better understanding of the chronic pain such as behaviors of avoidance and the catastrophizing. The behavioral and cognitive therapies (TCC) offer relevant tools to reduce the kinesiophobia. The current literature brings new data which support the processes by fear of the chronic pain.
