The prevention of the radio-induced biological effects in interventional radiology require a complete estimation of the patient skin and organs exposition. In this context, a software allowing a precise and fast postoperative reconstruction of the patient’s dosimetry using the Monte Carlo method was developed. The use of advanced methods of variance reduction and voxelized navigation allows a significant improvement in computing time. Last generation anthropomorphic phantoms, coupled with the reading of the irradiation parameters, allow to take realistic account of the patient's anatomy and the geometry of the machine.
